Have onsite tailored and compliant policies and procedures that meet the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
Complete an application form and pay the registration fee.

3. Provide details of the premises where you will be providing care services.
4. Undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
5. Participate in a pre-registration visit by a CQC or Ofsted inspector.
